Are you a German speaking call centre specialist who is able to build rapport and trust with customers?
As part of this role you will maintain accurate records of all interactions in their system.
You will work closely with your Supervisor and Customer Service Advisors to share insights and ideas for improving membership services.
Use selling techniques to convert interested users into paying members.
Overcome objections professionally and effectively.
Handle account maintenance, password reset and other service actions.
Stay updated on travel trends, club offerings and membership benefits.
Communicate via both phone and email.
