The Telesales Advisor position is a full-time remote role with a base salary of £23k and an OTE of £29-30k.

The role requires 12 months of targeted phone sales experience within the last 3 years, though candidates from call center or retail backgrounds may be considered.

Make 50/60 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 3 – 6 sales a day (90% of the existing team to hit their targets).
Ensure you’re meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

12 months experience of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years is preferred however we could also consider candidates from a Call Centre or Retails Sales background.
A quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
