We are seeking a reliable Van Driver to join our clients team on a temporary basis. The Van Driver will be responsible for transporting goods and materials between locations in a safe and timely manner.

This position is initially a temporary role to cover busy periods, however there are potentially permanent roles available for the right Van Drivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive company vans to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or Van Driver
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable of heavy lifting when loading/unloading cargo
  • Knowledge of commercial driving regulations
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations

Please note: this is one weeks work guaranteed with the potential for it to be extended.
