�? Job Opportunity: Senior HR Project Lead (6-month FTC, ER Focused) Fully office based�?

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor / HR Project lead to join a dynamic business for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will be heavily focused on Employee Relations (ER), handling complex casework and supporting key HR initiatives as well as leading on some key HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a range of ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on all ER-related matters.
  • Supporting the HR team with policy development and implementation.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
