Our client, one of the largest property services companies in the Northwest, is seeking Joiners for their responsive repairs teams in Merseyside.
The role involves attending tenanted properties to perform 1st, 2nd, or final fix repairs while working from a PDA.
Candidates are expected to work a 39-hour week and will receive weekly pay through PAYE.
A van and fuel card will be provided, along with a PDA and phone for work purposes.
Experience in the field is required, although the specific number of years is not mentioned, and there is an opportunity to go permanent with the company.

Due to an extremely busy workload, they are looking for a number of Joiners to join their responsive repairs teams in Merseyside.

Job Role

You will be working within the responsive repairs teams, attending tenanted properties to carry out 1st, 2nd or final fix.
Working from a PDA you will visit different properties throughout the day.
39 hour week
