Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an Industrial Disease Paralegal/Litigation Executive to join their award winning team.You will handle a varied caseload of defendant, litigated industrial disease claims, including but not limited to:• Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL)• HAVS/WRULD• Asbestos-related illnessesThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases from inception to settlement, providing expert legal advice, liaising with medical professionals, and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.Applications are invited from Paralegals/Litigation Executives with a solid track record handling your own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease claims.
