Legal Executive / Fee-Earning Senior Paralegal | Complex & Catastrophic InjuryHybrid Working

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Legal Executive / Fee-Earning Senior Paralegal to join a dynamic Large & Complex Injury team based in Liverpool.

In this role, you will manage pre- and post-litigation claims involving high-value RTA cases exceeding £250,000, including indemnity disputes, liability issues, and quantum assessments. The team specialises in representing major insurance clients in large loss claims, including cases involving serious orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain, brain injuries, and amputations, predominantly arising from motor accidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of high-value, complex injury claims.
  • Drafting legal advice, witness statements, and court documents.
  • Investigating claims, gathering evidence, and liaising with medical experts.
  • Negotiating settlements and attending conferences with counsel.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing clear, practical advice and ongoing support.

What We’re Looking ForWe are keen to hear from Legal Executives or Fee-Earning Senior Paralegals with at least two years of experience handling large loss or high-value RTA claims.

You should have:

  • Strong technical knowledge in multi-track RTA claims.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, commercially focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.

While the firm offers hybrid and flexible working, you will be required to work from the teams Liverpool office 2-3 days per week, with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
