Your duties will include:

  • Being directly involved in preparing, presenting, and producing meals to the highest standards.
  • Assisting in menu planning for our restaurant and event facilities.
  • Encouraging and developing your team members.
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Managing food deliveries and stock control.
  • Demonstrating creativity and innovation in your work.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Sous Chef / 2nd Chef in a hotel kitchen with strong communication skills,a keen superb attention to detail, and take pride in their work.
