PROCESS ENGINEER: LIVERPOOL. FANTASTIC GROWING COMPANY AND KEY ROLE WITHIN THE BUSINESS. SALARY CIRCA 60-65K

The Company

Our client is a well established provider of specialist engineering services and products to the pharmaceutical, life science and process industries. Theirhighly skilled engineering team collaborate withclients and adapt to their needs to achieve successful outcomes.

The Role

As part of their continued growth our client is looking for a Process Engineer, who will play a key rolein the development and manufacture of their specialist technology.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the Engineering Director, The Process Engineer will take a lead in engineering innovative and creative process solutions for client challenges.

The Successful Candidate will hold the following skills and experience and undertake work involving

15+ year experience in the process industry.

Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical process engineering i.e Powder handling, steam sterilisation (SIP)/Aseptic manufacture

Knowledge of Filter dryers, Filtration rates and theory, pipe sizing, pressure vessel safety relief calculations (nozzle sizing)

Process control theory (PID loops for valve control), Freeze drying, Negative pressure control for containment isolators

Knowledge of OEB levels (ref containment operator protection)

Thermodynamics and TCU specifications

Pump specifications

Valve specs for different applications.
