This Brigg Scientific client is an established pharmaceuticals manufacturer based in the north-west. They are looking for a Senior QC Analytical Chemist with experience of HPLC, GC, IR and NIR to oversee a team of analysts in a newly refurbished laboratory.
Duties will include:
- Managing a team of analysts
- Testing of raw materials and finished products
- Ensuring GMP and GLP compliance
- Trouble-shooting and maintenance of instrumentation
- Reviewing test results and release documents
- Method validation
Ideally you will have extensive analytical experience from a hands-on pharmaceutical background, and possess excellent communication and IT skills.
The role is offered as a full time permanent position with a salary approaching £26,000 pa.
