Insight into the Company:

This charitable organisation has been thriving for over 40 years and support vulnerable people, providing care for over 3,000 people across the whole UK. They are looking for a Head Information and Regulatory Governance to join their team. In this role you will be joining the Quality and Compliance team.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 4 year's experience with Information Governance and have a drive and vision for this new team. You will not directly manage anyone, but will oversee a small team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • You will lead their information governance, risk management and complaints
  • You will control their policies and processes
  • You will act as DPO, advising on GDPR
  • You will complete the internal and external audits

Skills and Experience:

  • Essential to have experience with:
    • DPO Qualifications
    • A Bachelor's degree
    • Data security experience
    • Risk experience
    • Have worked with patient record data
  • Desirable to have experience with:
    • NHS Toolkit

Interview Process:

  • There are 2 stages to the process:
  1. A 30 minutes interview with the team
  2. Face to face interview including a presentation
