With a newly appointed, high-performing Business Development Manager now in place, I am building a brand-new sales team around them and we’re looking for hungry, talented individuals ready to make their mark.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•    Office-based in Liverpool as a key part of the internal sales function.•    Managing and nurturing a portfolio of existing accounts.•    Prospecting new clients and setting appointments for the field-based BD Manager.•    Supporting the wider sales strategy with a focus on pipeline growth and customer engagement.•    Working closely with the BD Manager to learn the ropes, with a view to taking on your own territory within 12 months.

What We’re Looking For:

•    At least 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment — industry background is flexible.•    Strong communication and relationship-building skills.•    Ambition, drive, and the right attitude to succeed in a high-performing team.•    Someone who wants to grow, learn, and carve out a long-term career path in sales.
