An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Brand Manager to join a fast-growing athleisure company based in the North West. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about sports and fashion, and who thrives on shaping how a brand is seen by the world. The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying key consumer trends, driving creative campaigns, and ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive market. This is an opportunity to make a real impact within the marketing team and work alongside colleagues from different departments, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead.

Key Responsibilities In The Position of Brand Manager

  • Spearheading the development of the brand's marketing strategies to align with company goals
  • Leading the execution of creative 360 campaigns, covering everything from messaging to point-of-sale materials
  • Keeping a close eye on industry trends and competitors to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve
  • Taking full responsibility for the brand's tone of voice (TOV) and overall market positioning
  • Acting as the key link between the marketing team and other internal departments
  • Leading the go-to-market (GTM) process and supporting new product launches
  • Collaborating closely with the wider marketing team on both brand and channel campaigns
  • Managing marketing reports and ensuring KPIs are achieved in line with strategic goals
What You Need to Bring:
  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a focus on marketing
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, including consumer behaviour, market research, and analytics, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience
  • Previous experience in the sports or apparel industry is a plus
  • A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly when working cross-functionally
  • Experience in running 360-degree marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously
