Description
- Achieve revenue targets and KPIs by tracking, analysing, forecasting, and reporting.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive territory growth with existing salons.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Plan and execute brand events around major launches and retail periods (online/offline).
- Collaborate with internal teams, including key account educators, to support territory goals.
- Optimise time management with effective journey planning and accurate Salesforce data entry.
- Implement social media and marketing activities, ensuring premium in-salon brand displays.
- Model product expertise through demos and knowledge-sharing to inspire creativity and excellence.
Profile
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven account management experience with strong client-focused, results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in social media for commercial use, Microsoft Office, and creating tailored presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with adaptability, resilience, and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Self-motivated, hands-on approach with passion for continuous learning and the brand.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively, based in the UK/Ireland with flexible travel availability and full driving license.
