This role involves hands-on support through visual merchandising, social media, education, and events to drive salon retail success and ensure top-tier service. The BDM fosters a high-performance sales culture to meet and exceed KPIs, supporting the brand's global sustainability.

Description

  • Achieve revenue targets and KPIs by tracking, analysing, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive territory growth with existing salons.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Plan and execute brand events around major launches and retail periods (online/offline).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including key account educators, to support territory goals.
  • Optimise time management with effective journey planning and accurate Salesforce data entry.
  • Implement social media and marketing activities, ensuring premium in-salon brand displays.
  • Model product expertise through demos and knowledge-sharing to inspire creativity and excellence.

Profile

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven account management experience with strong client-focused, results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in social media for commercial use, Microsoft Office, and creating tailored presentations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills with adaptability, resilience, and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on approach with passion for continuous learning and the brand.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively, based in the UK/Ireland with flexible travel availability and full driving license.
