To optimise the venue to its full capacity, driving sales and getting the brand out to a wider audience rather than relying on passing trade and word of mouth.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Base Expansion:

Develop and implement strategies to attract visitors during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Strategic Partnerships:

Collaborate with travel companies, hotels, tourism attractions, schools, commercial entities, and local councils to drive business growth.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Leverage your strong sales background to market our offerings effectively, increasing customer engagement and revenue.

Networking:

Build and maintain a network of key contacts across various sectors to support business development initiatives.

Marketing:

 Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that highlight our unique offerings.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within the leisure, entertainment, or hospitality sectors (experience with escape rooms or similar businesses is highly desirable)
  • Strong networking skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Confident in marketing and promoting high-quality products to diverse audiences
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
