Key Responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: Engage with warm leads, reactivate lapsed clients, and uncover new opportunities.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of the curve with in-depth market research and industry trend analysis.
- Collaborating for Success: Partner with internal teams to create bespoke solutions for clients and distributors.
- Delivering Expertise: Provide technical support throughout the sales journey to ensure client satisfaction.
- Exceeding Targets: Smash sales goals and contribute directly to the company’s success.
- Competitive Edge: Keep tabs on competitors and share actionable insights with leadership.
- Account Management: Nurture, maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business outcomes.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales, ideally within the plastics or packaging sector.
- A technical mindset with the ability to simplify and communicate complex solutions.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, tenacious, and target-driven approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
