Package: up to £45,000 Depending on experience
Holidays: 24 days + birthday & bank holidays

FMCG SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Main Responsibilities to Include:
Your responsibilities will include planning, organising, and coordinating sales activities to ensure strategies are effectively implemented, driving growth, and nurturing the professional development of our Sales
- Develop sales forecasts and take ownership of achieving sales goals, including key metrics and budget targets.
- Lead a team of 10 Territory Account Managers, with responsibilities for hiring, training, performance management, and conducting field visits to offer training and coaching.
- Support customer acquisition efforts, bid preparation, and customer retention strategies.
- Regularly meet with sales personnel to review CRM activities, customer relationships, sales performance, and training needs.
- Engage with assigned accounts to identify customer needs and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive behaviour to anticipate and proactively respond to changing customer needs.
The ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG field sales.
- Experience in the vape/tobacco/NRT sales category is a plus, but not required.
- Skilled in developing sales strategies and team processes.
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of building successful teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive profitable sales growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

This role will require regular travel to various locations within your designated territory, with occasional overnight stays as needed to effectively support your team and maintain strong customer relationships.
