Microsoft Dynamics CRM Systems Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Systems Manager to join our IT team and collaborate with various project teams. In this role, you will focus on developing and enhancing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, primarily supporting Sales and Customer Care functions. You'll be responsible for identifying and implementing system improvements, ensuring alignment with IT standards and strategic goals.

This is a hybrid role with ideally 2 days a week in one of our client's regional offices - Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle, Tamworth, Doncaster, Northampton or Nottingham. There will be travel to sites within the role as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary interface between IT and business functions, ensuring processes and systems meet the business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver effective change and champion CRM adoption across the company.
  • Lead system upgrades and updates, maximizing new functionality to add business value.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Microsoft Dynamics to enhance business performance.
  • Guide and support the IT team, serving as a coach and mentor.
  • Manage support queries and promote data quality best practices.
  • Use data and information to support informed decision-making.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care processes.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics development, configuration, and support.
  • Expertise in capturing requirements, problem analysis, system design, and testing.
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and build stakeholder trust.
  • Experience in large-scale Dynamics transformation initiatives and custom solution delivery in areas like Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Familiarity with Agile development, user story creation, and business process mapping.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Sector knowledge in housebuilding or related industries.
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., Customer Insights, Sales Functional Consultant, Power Platform).
