THE EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

Plan and run targeted email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Write engaging and relevant content.
Have strong copywriting skills.
Understand and use AI tools effectively.
Design visually appealing and on-brand emails.
Use marketing automation tools to send emails based on user actions.
Test different email elements to improve performance.

EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Experience with email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years email campaign experience (Hubspot)
Proven experience of email marketing using Hubspot CRM
Proficiency with marketing automation tools
Excellent understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs
