THE EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
- Plan and run targeted email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Write engaging and relevant content.
- Have strong copywriting skills.
- Understand and use AI tools effectively.
- Design visually appealing and on-brand emails.
- Use marketing automation tools to send emails based on user actions.
- Test different email elements to improve performance.
EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Experience with email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years email campaign experience (Hubspot)
- Proven experience of email marketing using Hubspot CRM
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools
- Excellent understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs
