Account Manager - £26k basic, £34k ote

Our Client, a leading manufacturer of high quality products, is looking to appoint an Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts.

  • Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service while fulfilling the overall needs of customers, sales team and the company
  • Work closely with other internal business functions to achieve results
  • Updating and on-going maintenance of CRM with customer contact details for e-shots and mailing campaigns
  • Work with management on sales analysis of key clients to identify sales opportunities
  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills and work within company procedures and policies at all times
  • Any other reasonable ad hoc tasks as required from time to time by Management to assist in the general running of the Department
  • To offer support, training, and coaching to the less experienced staff

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines for self and team
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and able to work well under pressure
