Account Manager - £26k basic, £34k ote

Our Client, a leading manufacturer of high quality products, is looking to appoint an Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service while fulfilling the overall needs of customers, sales team and the company
- Work closely with other internal business functions to achieve results
- Updating and on-going maintenance of CRM with customer contact details for e-shots and mailing campaigns
- Work with management on sales analysis of key clients to identify sales opportunities
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills and work within company procedures and policies at all times
- Any other reasonable ad hoc tasks as required from time to time by Management to assist in the general running of the Department
- To offer support, training, and coaching to the less experienced staff

- Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
