JR230: Sales ManagerLocation: UK BasedSalary: £60,000 Per Annum + BonusOverview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Manager on behalf of one of our clients. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop business opportunities for MW radio equipment, Optics equipment, services and turnkey solutions.
  • Being responsible for the sales budget and customers assigned
  • Search and study new opportunities to be presented as business cases for approvals.
  • For the approved opportunities, being accountable for all sales process phases (from the trial, to the commercial- contract negotiation and day do day delivery , up to invoice and payments)
  • Collaborate and manage “cross-functional” activities involved in the sales cycle such as pre-sales, services, and customer support
  • Detailed monthly report on opportunities/customers/competitors/issue, ect

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Telecommunications/Electronics.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Having know-how of Telco infrastructure market.
  • Being aware of the purchasing process within Telco operators.
  • Having a network of people both within operators and in the market.
  • Technical experience is welcome.
  • Availability to travel and weekly personally meet customers
