This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivational sales leader/ player manager to take charge of a team, drive revenue, and build a repeatable playbook in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  Role/ Responsibilities:  
  • Sales Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they are motivated, equipped, and empowered to hit and exceed targets
  • Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Process & Performance Tracking: Use data-driven insights to monitor team performance, identify trends, and optimise sales tactics.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations with key clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
  • Team Training & Development: Coach and mentor the sales team, providing continuous professional development and support.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, understand competitor offerings, and refine sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Efficiency & Productivity: Implement systems and processes to streamline sales operations, making the team more effective and efficient.
