Specification Sales Manager - sustainable plumbing & heating products (commercial projects)

Area: North West & West Midlands

The role of Specification Sales Manager HVAC

  • This is a field / home based role.
  • The successful Specification Sales Manager will be responsible for winning and tracking specifications on commercial projects (e.g. within hospitality, education, commercial offices, fitness and leisure etc).
  • Promoting a comprehensive suite of products that include air source heat pumps, ground sourced heat pumps, boilers and renewable heating solutions, the route to market is 60% with M&E contractors & 40% with M&E consultants / Local Authorities. As Specification Sales Manager you will also manage relationships with commercial plumbing & Heating Merchants such as BSS and Wolseley.
  • The Specification Sales Manager will be required to manage relationships with a range of decision makers that include Principle Engineers, Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers etc.
