About the Role:
In this Trainee Sales Manager role, youll begin an immersive 8-12 month journey designed to build your skills and confidence across all areas of sales and team management. Were looking for someone whos ready to grow rapidly, starting hands-on with customers, achieving personal sales targets, and gradually taking on more leadership responsibilities. With full training and support, youll gain the knowledge and experience to transition smoothly into a management role within Focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers at events and in-store, confidently promoting products and closing sales
- Work towards individual and team sales targets, actively contributing to team success
- Learn and apply sales strategies, customer engagement techniques, and leadership basics
- Rotate across different departments, including customer service, logistics, and team training, to gain a broad understanding of the business
- Support managers by participating in training sessions, team meetings, and hands-on project work
- Build your skills in customer engagement, team collaboration, and strategy as you prepare for management
