We're currently recruiting Child Care Workers to join our dedicated team where we provide care for children and young people aged 12 to 17 who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, or are living with learning difficulties, neurodiversity, and mental health needs.

About the Role

As a Child Care Worker, you'll:

  • Provide safe, respectful, and compassionate care to children and young people

What You'll Need

  • Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
    (Or a commitment to work toward it - fully funded via our Apprenticeship programme)
  • A warm, caring personality and a genuine interest in supporting young people
  • The ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends on a rota basis
