Job Title: Qualified Nursery PractitionerLocation: Liverpool, BroadgreenJob Type: Full time and Part time available
A wonderful opportunity has arisen in our fantastic, homely nursery in Liverpool. We are looking for a well-motivated, enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team. This role offers flexibility, and we welcome part-time applicants who can choose to work 1-4 days per week, depending on personal preference.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS framework.
- Maintain excellent communication with parents, providing daily updates on their child's progress and activities.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children in your care.
- Support children's development through creative, fun, and educational activities.
- Keep up-to-date records of each child's development and milestones.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive nursery environment.
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NNEB) (required).
- NVQ Level 2 applicants considered, ideally with experience in caring for babies or toddlers.
- At least 1 year of experience in a nursery or childcare setting (required).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
- Experience with online learning journals (useful but not essential).
- Standard shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, 11:00-15:00.
