Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects ranging from 5 million to 25 million.
- Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on status, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all electrical specifications meet client requirements and project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally within the commercial and data centre sectors.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
