Due to a vacancy within the company, our Head of Mechanical/Electrical Services are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their M&E team inthe Northwest.
Youre looking at a £60k package with some serious career progression. The Head of Services, joined the business in the same position you would be applying for.
You will be managing multiple commercial projects such as hotels, schools, hospitals and museums with a value of £2-£8 million.
These projects include refurbishment, maintenance and installation works, working closely with a team of estimators, subcontractors and varying team sizes.
If youre wondering who youd be working for, theyre a well-established Mechanical, Electrical and Telecommunication contractor. They look after planned & reactive maintenance, as well as new build and retrofit projects worth north of £4m.
