Fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager looking to join a growing division within a well established company. The successful candidate will be the main person for planning and delivering projects in a time frame with the clients expectations. There will be travel expected in this role with some stay away necessary.

The Mechanical Project Manager will be tasked from working on [projects from inception to completion. Having a background in Construction or Building Services is beneficial however the client's main priority is strong Mechanical knowledge.

Your role as a Mechanical Project Manager will include:

* Conducting site surveys for potential M&E projects, including layout design, cost estimation, and client coordination

* Developing and managing project schedules.

* Leading project teams to ensure technical precision in project deliverables.

The successful Mechanical Project Manager will have:

* Previous M&E management experience

* Strong negotiation, diplomatic, and conflict resolutions skills

* IOSH/NEBOSH advantageous
