Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will handle a range of planned and reactive tasks. Location:Liverpool
Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and remedial repairs as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk, focusing on minor building fabric repairs and basic plumbing installations based on your experience.
- Interact professionally with a diverse range of clients, representing the company with courtesy.
- Submit company documentation accurately and promptly, whether in hard copy or electronic format.
- Utilize PDA or electronic devices to complete tasks efficiently.
- Apply your initiative to solve complex technical problems related to minor works, including sourcing parts, materials, and seeking technical support from manufacturers.
- Adhere to the highest health and safety standards, including conducting point-of-work risk assessments for every task to ensure best practices.
- Provide regular out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
- Relevant NVQ Lv 3, City & Guilds or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a building maintenance role, particularly with carpentry/joinery skills.
- Current Full UK Drivers License.
- Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.
Desirable Criteria:
- IOSH Working Safely or CSCS Card.
- IT Skills, especially in using PDAs.
- Asbestos awareness training.
