What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in this Project Engineering role you will need to possess a degree, ideally with a manufacturing or mechanical bias with previous experience in a similar role. Your experience implementing process improvement projects both in a team and autonomously will allow you to excel in this fast-paced manufacturing facility.
