Your new role
Your new role plays a crucial role in overseeing engineering projects from conception through to completion. Your responsibilities include project planning, continuous improvement, problem-solving, ensuring product compliance and safety, and coordination of teams within a project capacity.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Project Engineering role you will need to possess a degree, ideally with a manufacturing or mechanical bias with previous experience in a similar role. Your experience implementing process improvement projects both in a team and autonomously will allow you to excel in this fast-paced manufacturing facility.
