Join a leading provider of asbestos surveys, remedial work, and removal services. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support their continued growth. You will conduct surveys across a variety of property types, including commercial, educational, hospitality, industrial, and residential sectors, often for well-known high street brands.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct detailed asbestos surveys for a diverse range of property types.
  • Travel primarily across the North West, with occasional national travel which may requiring overnight stays.
  • Ensure all surveys and reports are completed to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Operate and maintain safety equipment, including breathing apparatus, while working at heights or in confined spaces.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and clients to provide expert advice and maintain high service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in conducting asbestos surveys.
  • P402 and P405 qualifications are essential.
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Capability to wear and operate breathing apparatus as required.
