An opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Associate Fire Engineer to join a forward-thinking multidisciplinary property consultancy based out of one of their UK offices.
The Associate Fire Engineer
As the second in command to the newly appointed Head of Fire you will be involved in strategic development and growth of the fire services, and deliver value to clients, mainly developers and investor companies. With projects across all sectors - Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Retail.
Further Responsibilities of the Associate Fire Engineer include:
- Building Safety Act Cases
- Fire Safety Strategy
- Third party reviews
- Ensure projects are compliant
- Government funding applications and management
- Fire Risk Assessment
- Expert Witness
- External Wall appraisals, FRAEW, EWS1
- Support projects throughout their entire life-cycle
- Have a client facing attitude
- Deliver holistic solutions
- Business development
- Assist with growth of the wider team
The Associate Fire Engineer Credentials
- Previous experience in related role
- Relevant degree/ master's preferable
- Additional credentials such as Chartership preferred but not necessary
- Prior management experience
- Background in multidisciplinary consultancy preferred
