An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Project Quality Manager to play an important role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our projects. You will lead and guide a team of quality professionals, overseeing their day-to-day activities and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organisation.

Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Report to the Technical Quality Programme Manager, providing updates on team performance and project status;
  • Lead a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Control Inspectors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
  • Promote a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging innovation and problem-solving
  • Lead Quality Assurance and Control covering multiple projects
  • Ensure the effective performance of all project quality activities against the compliance requirements of project specifications and standards

Job Requirements include:

  • Background in Technical Business Processes (areas: Electrical, mechanical, systems or instrumental)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field preferred (e.g. Technical Process Management, Quality Management)
  • Experienced in leading Quality programmes in projects
  • Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor certification preferred, with IRCA/CQ

Hybrid working (2/3 times a week in the office).
