Our client is a rapidly growing business operating in the private rental sector, providing high-quality, purpose-built single and multi-family housing. Due to increasing their property portfolio, they are looking to recruit an experienced Property Inspector/Administrator. The role will involve arranging property visits, supporting the administration function for field operatives and lettings and preparing property reports before and after renting.

Clean driving licence and your own vehicle is essential (with business driving insurance)

Salary is £23,400 plus a performance 10% bonus, hybrid working, and pension. Monday to Friday 9-5 NO WEEKENDS

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Responding to tenant queries over the phone and by email
  • Conducting mid-term property visits
  • Conducting home inductions with new tenants
  • Property inventories
  • Completing check-out reports
  • Visiting properties with builders and tradespeople, undertaking work inspections

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous property inspection experience is essential
  • Fantastic customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy, including MS Office
  • Clean driving licence and own vehicle (with business driving insurance)
