Experienced Groundworker - Exciting Opportunity with Growing Housing Association

Location: Liverpool, UK
Rate: 19.00 per hour PAYE Umbrella
Contract Type: Temporary with potential for permanent role

One of the fastest-growing housing associations across the North West is looking to expand their team with an Experienced Groundworker. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation with continuous growth and development, offering ongoing opportunities within their repairs and maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to reactive maintenance needs and repairs by appointment, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
Safely and efficiently use the company van to transport tools and materials to various sites.
Log all work details and updates using a PDA system.
Work across various social housing projects, ensuring high standards of quality and service.

Requirements:

NVQ Groundworks qualification (must be able to provide proof).
Substantial experience in groundworks, particularly within the social housing industry.
Full UK driving licence.
CSCS card.
Strong customer care skills to interact effectively with tenants and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
