About Us: Join a leading name in the food & beverage distribution sector, known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our team of Customer Service Advisors and ensure top-tier service delivery.

Role Overview: As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the performance of our customer service team. You will manage a team of 7 advisors, handle day-to-day operations, and be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 7 customer service advisors. Allocate tasks, set targets, and oversee promotions and performance management.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the board of directors, highlighting team performance and customer service metrics.
  • Customer Contact: Ensure all customer interactions are handled within the established timeframes, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team and drivers to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Recruitment: Involved in hiring new team members and training them to meet our high standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years working in an office environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Industry Background: Experience in the hospitality or FMCG industry is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing customer service teams.
  • Qualifications: Relevant managerial experience and a solid understanding of customer service best practices.
