Compass Associates are proud to partner with one of the UK’s leading rehabilitation and injury case management companies in search for a Clinical Lead to join their experienced multi-trauma team.

This role involves providing expert guidance, mentoring, and support to a team of Rehabilitation Case Managers, both in person and remotely. Your leadership will ensure high-quality care and effective case management, making a real difference in the lives of those recovering from serious injuries.

Success in this role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset to work seamlessly across multiple partner organisations. You should be confident in managing your workload efficiently, prioritising tasks, and taking initiative in handling cases.

Requirements

- HCPC, NMC or equivalent professional registration

- A minimum of 3 years Rehabilitation Case Management experience

- Experienced in the supervision, mentoring and coaching of staff
