We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring industry-leading XR training solutions to Learning & Development teams and Training Providers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients within the L&D and training sector.

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Present and promote XR training solutions to key decision-makers.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management—ideally within EdTech, L&D, or vocational training.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Consultative and solutions-focused approach with a strong commercial mindset.

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

  • Passion for innovation, education, and technology.

  • Interest or experience in virtual/mixed reality (XR) is a strong plus.
