An innovativetechnology company based in Liverpool,focused on developing accessible virtual learning solutions are looking for a full-time Account Executive to join theteam in a hybrid role, concentrating on B2B sales in the L&Dand Training markets.
As an Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting virtualreality solutions to key stakeholders in L&D departments and training providers. This hybrid role offers great flexibility for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing client accounts and nurture relationships
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with L&D departments and industry training providers
- Promote the use of virtual and mixed reality training solutions to enhance educational experiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Experience required
- Strong experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
- A background within tech sectoris highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Knowledge of virtual and mixed reality technologies is an advantage
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proven track record of success in sales andbusiness development
Compensation & Benefits
- Negotiable base salary
- Commission and travel expenses
- On-target earnings (OTE): £80,000 - £100,000+ per annum
