Sales Representative

Location: LiverpoolSalary: £30,000 per annum + Commission Structure

KPI is currently partnering with a reputable sales service based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. They are seeking to hire a Sales Representative on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls and video meetings with prospective clients to promote and sell Legal Training services
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Identify customer needs and deliver customised solutions.
  • Keep detailed records of all sales activities within CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies for growth and market expansion
  • Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Previous experience in telesales is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated attitude with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant technology
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
