They are seeking a professional senior administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.


Your new role
I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to join a small team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations, supporting senior leaders, and contributing to the success of the team.Some of your duties will include but not limited to.

  • Managing and coordinating administrative tasks to support various departments.
  • Preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organising and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Updating systems
  • Dealing with the office inbox
  • Streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial services.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
