For the right individual there is an opportunity to become the Team leader for the CNC programming department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality components.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve machining processes.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
- Train and mentor junior staff members in CNC programming and operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
