CNC Programmer

We are are looking to recruit both a full time CNC programmer and CNC setter operator in our Turning department.

Working with both metals and plastics to produce components to a wide variety of industries from pharmaceutical to F1 and everything in-between.

The ideal candidate must have CNC Programmer setter operator experience and will be working on the following machines

HAAS, ST 20,ST 30 and ST30Y

Excellent rates of pay available depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements
- Previous experience as a CNC Turner, CNC Programmer
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including programming and setup
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
