KPJ Group is currently recruiting for a CNC Turner to join a leading precision manufacturing team at their site based in Liverpool.
This role involves setting and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC machines, working with high-quality materials, and ensuring product excellence.

What will you be doing as a CNC Turner?
- Setting up a variety of multi-axis CNC machine tools
- Operating a single-turret CNC lathe to machine and turn parts to precise specifications
- Ensuring product quality using hard gauging and CMM equipment
- Working with stainless steel and heat-resistant super alloys
What do you need?
- Previous experience in a precision manufacturing environment
- Expertise in setting and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes and machining centres
- Experience with multi-axis CNC turn/mill machining centres
- A strong understanding of ISO programming
- The ability to read technical drawings and documentation
- Experience with Mazak Integrex machine tools (desirable)
- Familiarity with Mazatrol Smooth Control and twin turret/spindle machining (desirable)
