Job Title: Manufacturing Technician - CNC Machinist
Location: Speke
Salary: 29,000 - 30,200 DOE plus 17% shift premium
Shifts: Week 1: Mon-Wed 5:55am - 5:40pm, Week 2: Thurs-Sat 5:55am - 5:40 pm (rotating weekly)

Due to our client's continuous growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our client's production team.

The Role:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain Fanuc controlled CNC lathes, vertical machining centres, and multi-axis turn/mill machining centres
  • Use of hard gauging and using CMM equipment to ensure components meet specifications and tolerances
  • Working in stainless steels and heat resistance super alloys
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Diagnose and resolve machining issues, machine malfunctions, and programming errors. Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for complex repairs and adjustments

The candidate:
  • Strong knowledge of ISO programming
  • Previous experience on multi-axis CNC turn/mill machines
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Mazatrol Smooth control (desirable)
  • Experience of twin turret machining (desirable)
