Job Summary
As the Head of Mechanical, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the mechanical services department.
Your leadership will be pivotal in driving the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems across various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with other senior managers to deliver integrated solutions that align with client needs and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the mechanical services department, ensuring the successful delivery of all projects.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive departmental growth and efficiency.
Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated service solutions to clients.
Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental policies.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a senior management role within the mechanical services or related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
Excellent strategic planning and organisational abilities.
Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field are preferred.
