TSA Surveying is representing a well-established specialist property consultancy in Liverpool. Due to a growing workload from new clients and increased repeat business, they are expanding their building surveying team and seeking a Senior Building Surveyor/Project Manager. The consultancy offers a social work environment, generous annual bonuses, and a competitive salary.

The consultancy currently has 45 staff, including 20 building surveyors, with the remaining team consisting of admin, quantity surveyors, project managers, and M&E engineers. While the majority of their work is in the education sectorserving academy trusts, universities, and local authoritiesthey are branching out into commercial and residential sectors, already securing repeat business thanks to their high standards of quality. Last year, they had a turnover of £7 million, with £5 million coming from the building surveying team.

The role primarily involves managing projects within the education sector, from inception to completion, including work on universities, schools, and colleges, with the potential for projects in other sectors as the company continues to grow. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of instructions, focusing on design and contract administration for new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and elemental renewal projects.
